![]() This made me think that it could be a problem with the compatibility of a software designed to run on Windows 8 working with Windows 10.Īt that point, I saw your reply and installed ASIO4ALL. However, in the task bar, a thing calling itself "Casio Control Panel" appeared, and under "USB Audio Device" it didn't (and still doesn't) show anything, saying "No devices connected." I turned off my computer, and when I turned it on again later, it found it! Under "devices" it was now "CASIO USB MIDI". The closest one I could find was this one ( ) CASIO_XW-DJ1_Driver_2_26 I figured that the keyboard would automatically select which was appropriate. So I scoured the site until I could find another driver. It didn't work at first, and I checked and found that Windows 10 wasn't supported for the WK 3800. I think this one ended up being the necessary one. So I searched and found Casio's site for drivers that could be applicable to my keyboard. It wasn't able to automatically find any drivers that would work for it either. Under Settings > Devices > Connected Devices, it would show "Unrecognized device" or something similar. The order may not be relevant for some things, but I'm not sure.įirst I noticed that my keyboard wasn't even being recognized by my computer. It wasn't as "cause and effect" as I would have liked, so much as it was "throw things at the wall and see what sticks." So this is all that I did before it began working. I tried several things, so I'll try to remember what I did.
